Country Blues and Ragtime Guitar Styles was released as a Book/Cassette combo by Kicking Mule Records in the 1980s and re-released as a book/CD combo by Mel Bay Publications in the 1990s.  It contained 14 blues guitar solos explained and notated in standard notation and guitar tablature. It is no longer in print and Miller has sold out of those he had.
