Fingers Don't Fail Me Now was Miller's last LP for Kicking Mule Records and his only one of all original guitar solos. It included an order form for a book of transcriptions. In the mid-1990s Mel Bay Publications released them together as book/CD combo which is now out of print. A few cuts from this LP are included on the CD Guitarist/Composer Sampler. John Calvin of Moonset recorded Butano Lullaby on the CD Wherever We Sing and Teja Gerken recorded Noe Valley Sunday on his CD Postcards. Singer / songwriter William McLane added musical accompaniment to a tongue-in-cheek Miller essay in the book. McLane has recorded it on his CD Across the Double Yellow Line.
