This important recording was first released in early 1975 as an LP by Kicking Mule Records. It became a best seller for that small but influential record company and inspired many of today's top guitarists. The original LP sold out within a few years of its release.

In 1996 it was re-released by Fantasy Records on CD. It has now gone out of production, though it can still be downloaded from iTunes, eMusic, Rhapsody, and other sites. A few remaining CDs are available from CDBaby. Miller has recorded new renditions of some of the tunes from this record on the CD Time Goes By.
