This 1997 CD was produced by Miller for Fantasy Records. It includes cuts recorded in the 1970s and early 1980s by himself, Bob Hadley, Nick Katzman, Chris Proctor and Bob Stanton on Kicking Mule Records. Fantasy sold its entire music catalog in 2004 and Kicking Mule has been discontinued. The few remaining copies of the CD are for sale from CdBaby. Nothing is available online because of copyright issues.
